FAQs

When are posters distributed?: All posters are distributed during workday hours on Mondays and Thursdays, or individually coordinated. Please email us if you'd like to discuss postering on a different day. 

When are posters taken down?: Posters are removed per Harvard College policy, which you can view here. Please note that Harvard Distribution is not responsible for any damage or removal of posters due to inclement weather or third-parties. 

How do I get you my posters?: All posters must be delivered to Harvard Distribution at least two business days before the scheduled distribution. Please note that our storefront is not regularly staffed. If nobody is at the 69 Mount Auburn storefront, please leave the posters inside the lobby next door at Harvard Student Agencies, 67 Mount Auburn. 

Does your service cover printing costs?: No. Costs cover distribution and access only. It is possible for us to arrange the printing of your posters; please email if this is of interest. 

Are there discounts for Harvard affiliates?: Yes! Please email us for more information.
