Our postering service is offered every Monday and Thursday when classes are in session.
Posters will be placed on the day of the distribution date and will be removed as per OSL policy (view here). Please note that Harvard Distribution Services is not liable for damage/removal of posters due by inclement weather or third parties. Thank you for your understanding!
Please have flyers delivered to our office by 5:00 PM at least 2 business days in advance of distribution date. Our office is located at 69 Mt. Auburn Street inside the HSA Cleaners building, which is open from 10AM-6PM Mondays to Fridays and 12PM - 5PM on Saturdays.
The Office of Student Life does not allow any posters larger than 11” x 17”. There is no size limit for door drops and flyers, but it will be more expensive for larger and thicker paper.
Our prices do not include the cost to print your materials but we also have a copying service you can purchase here.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a pdf of what you would like the poster to look like and the number of copies you would like printed.
Door drops are flyers that are left underneath the door of students on campus. Our postering service ensures that your posters are put up in central locations all around campus.
We also offer mailbox stuffing services at MIT so you can reach every MIT student directly!
Students who live at the Quadrangle (Pforzheimer, Cabot, and Currier Houses) are about 30% of the student population and are the ones primarily taking the shuttles.
